The FCA require us to provide you with an Initial Disclosure Document to help you decide if our services are right for you. About Target Car Leasing Ltd & our Regulator

Target Car Leasing Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Target Car Leasing Ltd is a credit broker, not a lender. We provide motor vehicle finance brokerage services to customers via a third party finance partner on a lease agreement. Our registered address is Windrush House, 15 Marshall Avenue, Worthing, West Sussex BN14 0ES. Our Financial Conduct Authority Firm Reference Number is 727960. You can verify our status on the Financial Services Register by visiting the FCA’s website at www.fca.org.uk or by contacting the contact centre on 0845 606 9966.

The services we provide

We will provide you with either comparable details of firms most appropriate to your lending requirements, or general information relating to finance products. In assessing your requirements, we may ask you for any information about your personal circumstances and objectives, that may be relevant in identifying your needs. It is important that you provide us with accurate information, so that we can offer you relevant and accurate vehicles and pricing.

The products we use

As a Financial Conduct Authority regulated credit broker, we may introduce you to a range of finance providers or dealerships, who may be able to help you finance your vehicle and provide other products/services, such as vehicle maintenance and servicing packages. We will only offer products from a carefully selected panel of finance providers. We will not refer you outside of this panel, without your express permission. You can ask us where we are seeking to place your business at any time, and are you are under no obligation to take advantage of any service we offer you.

We may receive a fee for introducing you to one of our many lenders or car dealerships who assists with your agreement. Equally, we may charge you a Documentation/Agency Fee for our services – this will always be disclosed at the first point of contact, and shown on your quotation/s.

When we charge a Documentation Fee for our services

Depending on whether we are to be paid a commission from the finance company/supplying dealer we introduce you to or not, depends on the level of our Documentation Fee (if and when one is being aplied). We will charge customers anything from £100-£300 + VAT for our services, and again, this will be made absolutely clear from our first contact with you, and right throughout the quotation and ordering process. Target Car Leasing Ltd will request payment of our Documentation Fee (if one is being applied) once your vehicle is in stock and we are booking a delivery with you, NOT at the point of order like many other companies.
